Return Policy

The following general policy is applicable to all items sold on acehard.in. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

1. Was delivered in a physical damaged condition.
2. Has missing parts or accessories.
3. Is different from was ordered.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales3@acehard.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
