Return Policy

The following Return Policy applies to all items sold on acehard.in.

An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it meets one or more of the following conditions:

• The item was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
• The item has missing parts or accessories.
• The item received is different from the item ordered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales3@acehard.in. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send any item back without first requesting a return, as such returns will not be accepted.
